- Plans and supervises work of assigned staff in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale.
- Recommends selection, promotion, discharge and other appropriate personnel actions.
- Periodically checks work projects for compliance with specifications, work schedules, and safety precautions.
- Prepares reports of expenditures, maintains budgetary and inventory controls and makes recommendations to management.
- Review and responds to correspondence from clients, customers and suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
- Must be flexible and keen into details
- Must have good experience in handling more than 500 manpower
- Must have good knowledge in MS Office
- Male preferably

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Coordinator: 3 years (required)

- Doha (preferred)
