About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage **quotations, invoices, and production documentation**.
- Create and maintain **production trackers in Excel** (advanced proficiency required).
- Handle **walk-in clients** and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
- Coordinate with the **production team** to ensure accurate scheduling and delivery.
- Support sales operations with timely reporting and client relationship management.
- Provide **after-sales support** and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Contribute to **process improvements** in sales and production tracking.

**Requirements**:

- **Language**: English fluency required; Arabic proficiency preferred.
- **Residency**: Valid Qatar residency/visa.
- **Essentials**: Active bank account; valid driving license preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Expert-level Excel (pivot tables, formulas, trackers, reporting).
- **Personal Attributes**: Strong communication, client-handling skills, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Ability to **work independently and as part of a team** in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 per month
