**Position Summary**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in **Electronics & Communication Engineering**:

- Minimum **6 years** of total experience in the field
- Minimum **4 years** of **Gulf experience** in Facility Management

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of **BMS and ELV systems** across all managed facilities
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are executed per schedule and standards
- Manage and evaluate **PPM schedules**, breakdown maintenance, and **site inspection reports**:

- Supervise technician teams and conduct **performance evaluations** based on KPIs
- Coordinate and ensure compliance with **Facility Management software tools** (e.g., **CAFM, Yardi, CMMS**)
- Analyze system logs and reports to identify and resolve recurring faults
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and updates to management using **Excel, Word, and PowerPoint**:

- Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational protocols on all assigned sites

**Technical Skills & Tools**:

- Strong understanding and operational knowledge of:

- **CAFM / CMMS / Yardi or similar FM software**:

- Building Automation Systems (BAS), BMS, and ELV components
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite**: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and reporting of BMS/ELV systems

- Ability to lead technician teams and ensure high-performance standards
- Familiarity with energy-saving practices and system optimization

**Employment Type**: Contract - 1 Month Extendable

Pay: QAR6,500.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
