**Job Position**:Purchasing and Product Development Specialist (Full Time Position)

**Position Overview**:
Responsible for Execution of purchase orders for ready-made products raw materials and production supplies and maintenance and operation requirements, as well as the various requirements for managing the company with the required specifications, on time, and at the best prices.

**Job Purpose**:

- He receives purchase orders, studies, and audits them to ensure their compliance with regulations and instructions.
- Follows and analyzes supply trends to ascertain prices, quality and quality and suggests appropriate supply sources.
- It works to secure quotations from a number of suppliers and prepares a shortlist It includes the most suitable offers to facilitate the process of choosing the best offer.
- Keeps accurate records of suppliers, contracts, pricing and billing information It is constantly searching for new suppliers to get the lowest prices and the best quality.
- Follow up on the purchase, delivery and closing of the purchasing cycle in accordance with the contractual terms and specifications.
- Manages negotiations with suppliers regarding product quality, prices, specifications, payment method, and duration.
- Coordinates with his direct supervisor to set the general objectives and work programs for managing supplier contracts.
- Coordinate with financial management To settle the cost of purchases, transportation, freight, fees and other related expenses.
- Coordinates with freight and transportation agencies to obtain high-standard services.
- Necessary measures are recommended to maintain a balance between quality of services, materials offered and price.
- Manages strategic relationships with key suppliers to provide competitive prices and the best delivery terms.
- Contributes to the development of procurement policies and reviews, improves, and develops work procedures.
- Approves and supervises the plan and program for managing supplier contracts and procurement.
- Reviewing notebooks Technical conditions to ensure their conformity with the offers proposed by suppliers.
- Bring samples of the items to be purchased from the market for inspection with the ordering party before deciding on the purchase.
- Ensures that the supplier is able to fulfill the requirements of purchase orders and requests for quotations, prior to its approval.
- Follow up the status of purchase orders and keep Higher Management Aware of the estimated time of delivery or any changes that may affect or modify the pre-defined delivery terms.
- Ensures that all correspondence is processed and submitted in a timely, efficient, accurate, and professional manner.
- Participates with the marketing and sales team in setting standard specifications for the offered products after reviewing the specifications of competitors and searching for new ideas for product development.
**Job Occupancy Requirements**:

- Diploma or intermediate institute In Logistics management or supply chain management or business management or something like that.
- 3 years practical experience 1 year experience in the field of e-commerce and marketing.
Fluency in Arabic and English typing - Fluency in written and spoken English.
Ability to write reports and correspondences in English.
