**Position Overview**:
The Marketing Director is responsible for leading and managing the marketing department and developing strategies to drive the company’s brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves overseeing the marketing team, crafting innovative campaigns, and collaborating with various internal departments to ensure the business goals are met through strategic marketing efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning & Execution**:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, aligned with the company’s objectives and goals.
- Create comprehensive marketing plans for product launches, brand positioning, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set short
- and long-term marketing goals.
- **Team Leadership & Development**:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Provide clear direction and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the marketing department.
- Conduct training and ensure continuous skill development for marketing personnel.
- **Brand Management**:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Implement brand strategies to increase brand recognition, equity, and loyalty.
- Monitor brand performance and adjust marketing strategies to improve positioning.
- **Campaign Management**:
- Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Ensure the effective use of budget for campaigns while delivering strong ROI.
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
- **Customer Insights & Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Gather competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
- Utilize customer feedback to refine marketing approaches and product offerings.
- **Digital Marketing**:
- Manage and optimize the company’s website and online presence.
- Leverage analytics and reporting tools to track performance and adjust tactics.
- **Budget & Resource Management**:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within budget.
- Allocate resources effectively across various marketing channels and initiatives.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**:
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate marketing efforts across all company functions.
- **Public Relations & Partnerships**:
- Develop public relations strategies to enhance the company’s image and media presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including media, agencies, and influencers.
- Explore new business opportunities through strategic partnerships.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:
- Use analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Regularly present reports on marketing activities and their impact on business outcomes to senior leadership.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- **Experience**: 7+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- **Key Skills**:
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
- Experience in budgeting and resource management.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
