**We’re Hiring** **Sales Engineer - Arabic Speaker**

**In-Country Hire Only**

**Location**: Doha, Qatar
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction, fit-out, and technology sectors
- Meet and communicate with consultants, contractors, and clients to understand project requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical/commercial presentations to potential clients
- Conduct site visits and technical evaluations when required
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the engineering and estimation team
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM or reporting tools
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies
- Support after-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Qatar in any of the following areas:

- **MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)**:

- **ELV (CCTV, Access Control, BMS, etc.)**:

- **Home Automation / Smart Home Solutions**:

- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret drawings/specifications
- Valid Qatar Driving License
- Arabic speaking is a **plus**:

- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Transferable visa
