**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, professionally, and with a solution-oriented approach.
- Coordinate all aspects of VIP guest arrivals and departures, including special preferences and room preparations.
- Manage and fulfill special guest requests (e.g., anniversaries, birthdays, room arrangements) with attention to detail.
- Promote and upsell hotel services, dining experiences, and special packages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Ensure all guest areas remain clean, well-presented, and in line with brand standards.
- Liaise closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery.
- Gather guest feedback during and after their stay, report key insights, and follow up where necessary to support service improvements.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, contributing to a positive and cooperative team environment.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Previous experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A true passion for hospitality and commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
