**Account Manager**

**Summary**:
The Social Media Account Manager is responsible for managing client social media accounts, developing content strategies, and engaging with online communities to enhance brand visibility. This role combines creativity with analytics to drive audience growth, increase engagement, and ensure brand consistency across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social platforms.
- Engage with audiences, respond to messages and comments, and foster community relationships.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce high quality content.
- Paid Social Campaigns: Assist in creating and managing paid social media campaigns, including budget tracking and performance analysis.

**Performance Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to make recommendations for optimizing future content.
- Prepare monthly reports for clients, highlighting growth metrics, engagement rates, and insights.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to measure the success of campaigns

**Content Creation and Curation**:

- Work with designers, photographers, and writers to produce compelling visuals, videos, and written content.
- Ensure all content is on-brand and optimized for each platform to maximize engagement and reach.
- Manage the content calendar, scheduling posts, and tracking performance for optimization.

**Community Management**:

- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain a positive brand image, ensuring consistent and friendly communication.
- Foster relationships with influencers and brand advocates enhance online presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing social media accounts, ideally in a Digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail both in Arabic & English

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
