- Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, training, and support.
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and resources effectively.
- Oversee compliance with company standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare reports on performance, budgets, and progress toward goals.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the division.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of industry-specific operations (fitness, hospitality, or corporate).
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
