Duties & Responsibilities
- Promote strategically products, solutions and services to appropriate market
- Maximize market exploitation for assigned portfolio in close alignment with the F&B market exploitation strategy of the responsible VSS F&B
- Increases market awareness on both company and products
- Cultivate consistency in product, rate, and program delivery across all products
- Coordinate execution of vision while working with multiple internal and external constituents
- Manage orders for special products including interpretation of specifications and schedule management
- Troubleshooting and field problem resolution (for both Assigned Products and Others as directed by inquiry volume)
- Make regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market
- Wear Parts Usage Tracking

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for Automotive, Customer Service.
- Great interpersonal skills (Telephone & Physical)
- Able to present in English and Arabic (mandatory), other languages is an added advantage.
- Point of contact for all customers from inbound calls, inbound leads, outbound calls.
- With great telephone manner and professional conversation skills.
- Will be our JETOUR Product Expert/Specialist, the single source for all knowledge on the Jetour Range.
- Will handle the customer journey from initial point of contact (lead) until customer is ready to place an order for their new car.
- Must speak clearly, convey passion for the brand and be able to spot the buying signals from the customers.
- Preferably fluent in several languages.
- At least 2 years proven experience as Product Guru.
