**Senior Procurement Coordinator**
**Location**: Qatar

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Coordinator to assist in managing tender processes, contract management, and procurement activities in line with approved policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Head in preparing tender documents (RFQs, advertisements), arranging site visits, and issuing bulletins during tendering
- Support the tendering process ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Prepare commercial bid reports and handle commercial clarifications
- Ensure contract particulars are accurately entered into Oracle Fusion for approval
- Manage Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), ensuring they are signed, documented, and handed over to end users
- Expedite suppliers and end users for timely information exchange in line with procurement procedures
- Analyze end user needs to recommend and establish Blanket Purchase Agreements for repetitive orders
- Monitor expiry of BPAs to ensure timely re-tendering and new contract mobilization
- Process variation requests for existing BPAs according to procurement procedures
- Maintain complete documentation of signed BPAs in secure, designated locations
- Perform other procurement duties as assigned by the Head and Director

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline
- Additional qualifications in Business Management, CIPS, or CPP preferred
- Relevant procurement-related courses
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience
