To perform independent audits and evaluations of the company’s F&B operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, cost control, and operational efficiency. The Internal Auditor will identify risks, recommend improvements, and support management in maintaining high standards of operational and financial integrity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct internal audits of restaurants, kitchens, warehouses, and central production units.
- Review financial and operational records (sales, inventory, cost of goods sold, wastage, petty cash, etc.).
- Perform audits of POS systems, kitchen usage reports, delivery records, and supplier invoices.
- Evaluate compliance with company policies, HACCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Verify stock counts and assess inventory control processes, including expiry management and spoilage.
- Identify and report discrepancies, fraud indicators, and financial leakages.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and conduct follow-up reviews.
- Collaborate with finance and operations to improve internal control processes.
- Assist with the development of SOPs and risk control matrices specific to the F&B business.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CIA, CPA, or CIMA preferred).
- 3-5 years of internal audit experience, with minimum 2 years in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food cost control, stock audits, and POS systems.
- Familiarity with kitchen and restaurant operations, central production units, and HACCP procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent report writing and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/audit software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Zoho, etc.).

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be flexible to travel between branches, kitchens, and warehouses.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple audits simultaneously.
- May require evening or weekend visits during peak F&B operations.
