Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, approach, and establish relationships with wholesale buyers, retail stores, supermarkets, and local markets to sell Candy Land and Bisconni products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with clients to close deals effectively.
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility in stores to maximize brand awareness and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and effective promotions.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, including sales volume, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or confectionery products.
- Strong network of contacts within the wholesale, retail, or supermarket sectors in Qatar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
- Valid Qatar driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
