**About the Role**

Monitors, records, reports and controls the entrance and departure of all Ground Support Equipment (GSE), fleet vehicles and non-motorized equipment (NME), staff and visitors, at the GSE Maintenance Facility.
- Acceptance of all types of Ground Support Equipment (GSE), fleet vehicles and non-motorized equipment(NME) entering the GSE Maintenance Facility.
- Uses automated maintenance data systems to initiate the repair order process by creating of job cards.
- Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information.
- Allocation of GSE, fleet vehicles and NME to specified areas within the facility and management of parking area by guiding drivers/operators.
- Timely notification to management on GSE entrance and departure activities, as an awareness if more equipments reported to workshop.
- Escort visitors to specified locations at the GSE Maintenance Facility, if required in accordance to supervisor guidance.
- Notify management in cases of irregularities such as the presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences such as equipment or property damage, or emergencies.
- Generate reports on GSE repair history from software used at engineering to record GSE entry/Exit,whenever required
- Control all filing and archiving of job-related paperwork and reports to ensure a clear audit trail which canbe clearly followed and proven to any auditor.
- Ensures that all work performed or activities that occurred during the work shift are accurately documented and forwarded to workshop office at the end of the shift or otherwise as instructed by management.
- Practices good housekeeping and safety at all times.
- Completes all other tasks assigned by the supervisor in a timely manner without sacrificing quality and safety.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications

**About you**
- High School Qualification with Minimum 1 year of job-related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with no prior job-related work experience
- Exceptional communication, computer, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional follow-through and follow-up skills.

Preferred
- Previous work experience in Workshop environment.
- 03 years of job-related experience.
- Home Country Driving license
