We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Public Relations Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's image and reputation through strategic communication and media relations. You will act as the liaison between the company and the public, managing various public relations campaigns, writing press releases, and coordinating media engagements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Relations**: Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and influencers to ensure positive media coverage.
- **Press Materials**: Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other PR-related content to various media outlets.
- **Crisis Management**: Assist in handling negative press or public relations issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Content Creation**: Develop content for press kits, newsletters, blogs, and other communication platforms.
- **Campaign Management**: Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement PR campaigns that align with organizational goals.
- **Event Coordination**: Help organize and manage events, press conferences, and other public engagements to promote the company’s brand.
- **Brand Monitoring**: Monitor media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and strategies.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on PR activities and outcomes, providing insights into the effectiveness of media outreach and brand presence.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong media relationships and familiarity with media tracking tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
