**_ The role_**:
The Company is currently under a strong growth program and the Innovation Analyst role is instrumental to articulate and implement our innovation monetization strategy. We are seeking a self-driven, enthusiast and analytically-minded individual with a strong passion for innovation, technology and sustainability, ready to make an impact in the current transformation of the global energy system. The role has two key functions:

- Frame innovation opportunities at the concept evaluation stage_:

- Mapping final-user needs to project design and expected outcomes
- Benchmarking of available technical solutions
- Development of business case for new products or services
- Business development and monetization_:

- Identification and capture of sources of R&D funding
- Intellectual Property monetization strategy and implementation
- Development of business plans for spin-offs / JVs
- Evaluation of business impact on innovation projects

**_Qualifications and experience_**:

- Minimum qualification requires BSc Degree by a renowned international university. Combined Technology-Business education backgrounds would be prioritized. MSc would be a plus
- At least a 3-year experience in management of innovation, management consulting, product design or similar functions
- Previous experience in the energy industry would be a strong plus
- Fluency in English is essential. Spanish would be a strong plus
