A minimum of 8 years of experience in PMO and project management coordination.
- Good command of English language and excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor Degree in computer since or computer engineering
- PMP certificate is a big plus.
- Excellent Verbal and writing skills.
- Has good experience in developing project management methodology, designing PMO processes, templates and forms. Has worked in PMO compliance function where his/ her duties and responsibilities are to ensure compliance with the approved project management methodology through conducting project health checks, audit, and phase gate reviews.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining Project Management processes within the PMO function.
- Has worked as a project coordinator for a complex system integration programs or projects; assisting the program/ project managers in coordinating team activities, meetings, production of project deliverables with clear verbal and written communications, professional documentation, careful attention to detail, and high standards of excellence.
- Contribute and take the ownership in the detailed project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Experience in tracking project schedule, budgets and advanced use of Excel for project/program
- Organizing, attending, and participating in program/project meetings and submitting the action points to the related team member to keep monitoring the status of the agreed actions.
- Ensure corrective/ prevented actions are identified and implemented using well-structured trackers/ action logs and intensive/ professional follow-ups.
- Hands on experience in risk, issue, cost,deliverables, scope and change management.
- Excellent in PowerPoint and presentation design.
- Experience in developing process flow design.
- Attention to details and excellent skills in analyzing project data.
- Good knowledge of different project management methodologies such as (Waterfall, agile frameworks, Hybrid models.. ETC)
- Excellent communication, presentation skills;
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills;
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Vigilant and detailed oriented;
Proficiency in Arabic and English languages;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR25,000.00 - QAR27,000.00 per month
