We are looking for a **Facilities Coordinator** to oversee daily facility operations, safety compliance, maintenance activities, and administrative support. The role involves working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient and safe facility services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage Marafiq requests and facility inspections
- Monitor inventory and implement safety measures
- Organize meetings, prepare reports, and maintain records
- Support office moves, workstations setup, and stakeholder communication
- Deliver excellent customer service to all facility users

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English and Arabic
