**Position: Chef de Partie (CDP)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**:

- Execute culinary tasks with precision, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients in all dishes.
- **Menu Development**:

- Contribute to menu planning and development with creative and innovative culinary ideas.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance the overall dining experience.
- **Cooking Expertise**:

- Oversee the preparation of specific sections in the kitchen, maintaining a high level of efficiency.
- Monitor and control cooking temperatures to achieve optimal taste and presentation.
- **Kitchen Leadership**:

- Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff.
- Assist in training and development of culinary team members.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular quality checks on all dishes to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
- Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- Culinary or chef certification is preferred.
- Strong culinary skills with expertise in various cuisines.
- Ability to lead and motivate a culinary team.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
