Executive Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and make travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for meetings and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and ensure accurate recording of meeting minutes.
- Maintain and update executive files, documents, and records.
- Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by the executive team.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
