We are seeking a **Control Room Operator** to monitor CCTV footage across our valet parking sites and ensure high standards of security, safety, and service quality. This role is crucial in maintaining real-time surveillance, reporting incidents, and supporting operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor live CCTV footage across all valet parking sites.
- Record daily activity, driver conduct, and quality of service.
- Detect and report suspicious or non-compliant behavior.
- Prepare daily reports including staff attendance, incidents (with timestamps and vehicle info), and service evaluations.
- Escalate urgent issues to the Control Room Team Leader.
- Control access to the control room—only authorized staff permitted.
- Enforce mobile phone policy: no personal devices allowed inside.
- Assist with investigations and audits when required.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or technical certification preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a CCTV monitoring or control room role.
- Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic IT and CCTV system knowledge.
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality.

**Working Conditions**
- Indoor, seated role with continuous screen monitoring.
- High-security environment.
- Must be available for shift work, including nights and weekends.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- CCTV: 3 years (required)
- IT: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Dulles, VA 20189 (required)

Ability to Relocate:
