**Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
- Team Coordination: Lead and manage a team of CAD and E3D designers, draftsman, and engineers.
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- CAD and E3D Expertise: Possess advanced proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and E3D software.
- Utilize your expertise to review and approve design drawings, models, and documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant industry standards and project requirements.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, designers, and contractors.
- Provide regular project status updates and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project delivery.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure the project stays on track.
- Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and resource utilization to ensure projects are completed within allocated financial and human resource constraints.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

**Delivery Manager Required Qualifification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project manager, leading successful design projects from inception to completion.
- Advanced proficiency in CAD and E3D software, with a strong understanding of engineering design principles.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to engineering design and construction projects.
