- Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit an **Interim Operations Manager** to join our regional team, supporting one of our schools in Qatar.
- We are looking for someone to lead the integration of full operational management for the campus, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency across all non-academic functions.

**The Role**
- We seek an individual to join as an **Interim Operations Manager** where your focus will be:
- Providing strategic leadership in **health and safety, facilities, and contract management**, including third-party vendors.- Overseeing all operational functions including **catering, uniforms, transportation, medical clinic, and facilities management**.- Ensuring full compliance with **Qatar regulatory agencies and NAE global standards**.- Leading **budgeting, procurement, and project coordination** in collaboration with the Regional Operations Director and Integration Team.- Managing operations of the **Super Park** and Maidan facilities, ensuring seamless delivery for both school and public use.- Overseeing a diverse team including Support Assistants, Reprographics, Operations, Health & Safety, and Facilities staff.**University Degree** (essential)- Previous experience in a similar operational or facilities management role (essential)- Strong **leadership and communication skills** with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure- Excellent **organisational and problem-solving abilities**- High levels of **integrity, adaptability, and attention to detail**- Experience within **education or the UAE/GCC region** (desirable)
