Our client, a global technology giant and a leader in providing cutting-edge building management solutions, is dedicated to enhancing energy efficiency, sustainability, and overall system performance. Specializing in state-of-the-art BMS systems, they are currently seeking a skilled BMS Engineer with expertise in Siemens systems to join their team.

**Position: BMS Engineer (Siemens Systems)**
**Location: ISF Duhail, Qatar**
**Salary: QAR 6,500 per month**
**Working Hours: 10 hours per day (including overtime & breaks)**
**Work Schedule: 6 days per week**
** | Permanent | Contract**

**About the Role**

As a BMS Engineer, you will play a key role in programming, testing, and commissioning BMS systems, ensuring efficient and reliable building operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Program and customize Siemens BMS solutions based on project needs.
- Perform testing and commissioning using ABT DXR Tools to ensure seamless system functionality.
- Conduct site pretesting and point-to-point testing before commissioning.
- Execute standalone testing, sequence testing, and graphics demonstrations for system validation.
- Perform on-site inspections and troubleshoot infrared (IR) issues, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Develop and modify Siemens BMS graphics to meet project requirements.
- Maintain detailed reports on testing, inspections, and commissioning activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS programming and testing, with a focus on Siemens systems.
- Hands-on experience with ABT DXR Tools for testing and commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of site pretesting, point-to-point testing, and commissioning procedures.
- Expertise in standalone testing, sequence testing, and graphics demonstrations.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve IR issues on-site with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Siemens BMS graphics development and customization.
