# **Key Responsibilities**:
## **1. Sales & Business Development**
- Drive sales growth for medical consumables and surgical packs across Qatar.
- Identify new business opportunities within government and private healthcare sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
## **2. Key Account Management**
- Maintain and strengthen strong relationships with key stakeholders, especially **Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC).**
- Serve as the main contact point for government hospitals, clinics, and procurement teams.
- Manage tender submissions, quotations, and contract negotiations.
## **3. Market & Competitor Analysis**
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
- Provide regular market feedback to management to support decision-making.
## **4. Leadership & Team Management**
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance monitoring for team members.
- Ensure alignment of team activities with company goals.
**### 5. Operational & Administrative Responsibilities**
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and procurement guidelines.
# **Qualifications & Skills Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- **Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Qatar’s medical consumables field.**
- Strong communication and working relationship with **Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC).**
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Valid Qatar driving license.
- Knowledge of tendering processes, healthcare procurement, and medical product regulations.
