As the business expands this is an exciting opportunity to join our Doha Sales team.

As Senior Ticketing Agent with Doha Sales, your core responsibilities include creating reservations, quoting fares and issuing of tickets. You will serve customers professionally through telephone or in person to achieve customer satisfaction and generate revenue. In addition, you will liaise with all airline personnel to ensure maximum support to passengers and immediate attention to queries relating to clearance and dispute of ADM’s, special handling requests and other issues.

**Qualifications**:
You will have a relevant Tertiary, Trade or Vocational qualification with at least 3 years having worked in a Customer service role in an Airline, Travel, Hospitality or Hotel. Experience working in the Gulf market and the ability to communicate in written and spoken English and Arabic language is an advantage. You will have good computer and mathematical skills, fair knowledge of world Geography and relationship building ability. You must also have knowledge of IATA BSP ticketing and have attended Airline Basic Tariff course/s.
