About the role

In this role you will be responsible of coordinating all contract management and supplier/service providers’ performance deliveries to be in compliance with the contract terms and conditions to ensure the business financial aspect delivery. Also to be responsible for the maintenance of all Qatar Airways uniform product profile inclusive of all historical, current and future product lifetime.

Main Duties Include:

- Implement the design of the Product Sample Room inclusive of the internal layout design, shelving plan, register of movement of samples, identification of different types of samples such as Tender sample, submission sample, approved reference sample, pre-production sample, size set samples and shipment samples.
- Monitoring supplier performance in relation to contracted product specifications and Terms and Conditions.
- Assist in Stakeholder transfer and management of Uniforms within the QR Uniform Department.
- Implement all fundamentals of the Quality Control / Assurance function in relation to the delivery of compliant product against the Contracted Specification.
- Coordinate product specific Quality Control / Assurance inspections against the SOP.
- Supervise supplier performance data analysis in compliance with the contract terms and conditions
- Coordinating the data collection of the IT Projects in relation. Coordinate the collection of feedback on screen designs, operational requirements, system operation, system performance, criteria, testing and system interface and protocol.
- Assist the coordination with IT for development testing and deployment.
- Data extraction and information compilation for future system concept of operation, system requirements, functionality and reporting, Q-Matic, RFID and UMS.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications

About you

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience or:

- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of garment measurement.
- Relevant experience in product development and measurements constructions in Factor, Retailer or Garment industry.
- Good communications skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze and make improvements.
