**Job description**:
We have an urgent opportunity for Ruya Batch 1 RP PDMS Coordinator position.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in I&C Engineering or equivalent.
- With minimum 8 years of experience in I&C Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning activities to ensure EPC Contractor delivery of all aspects of planning and execution of systems completions including Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities within Oil and Gas industry.
- Extensive experience in Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Startup of Brownfield onshore I&C systems. Hands-on experience with testing, functional checks and start-up of complex I&C systems.
- Good command of English (speaking, writing, reading & reporting).

**JOB HIGHLIGHTS**:

- Assist in proper set up of AVEVA E3D and roll out (support during the deploy, consult on technical issues and configuration, database structure, working instructions, deliverables extraction)
- Conduct effective interface with MP AVEVA 3D Administrator in order to provide timely quality support to CPY Package Team and EPCIC Contractor.
- Assist to project studies and meeting as per project approved gate levels and design maturity.
- Identifying potential risks and scope changes, conducting initial impact assessment to provide detailed information to Package Engineering Coordinator.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality 3D model of facilities that is fit for purpose and can be procured, fabricated, transported, installed, and operated safely, meeting the requirements of CLIENT standard, project basis of design, and SOR.
- Review and comment the 3D models, address all punches to contractors with resolution proposals.
- Develop and update punch list registers, report regularly resolution progress to package engineering contractor.
- Follow-up of engineering development activities progress related to piping/valves/vessels (PVV) engineering systems by the contractors, the LLI and packages vendors (as applicable) for the Major Projects. The scope of activities.
- Ensure close coordination with other disciplines on all engineering, constructability, and operational matters during detailed design developments; typically, 3D model development, layout reviews, etc.
- Identify 3D model and layout technical decisions to be made. Define and manage clear way forward for these decisions to be made and report to Package Engineering Coordinator
- Ensure that relevant feedback/lesson learned from previous similar projects are considered in the design performance.
- Support fabrication and construction engineering on review of engineering documents, modification approval, non-conformity reviews and assist in closer of punch lists.
- Support project during installation and hookup stage and review/approval work-pack, review of red-marks.
- Assist in handover the FFED model and the required template and documentations related to AVEVA E3D to EPCIC Contractor at the commencement of the project.
- Coordinate and issue project response to contractors and vendors requests on engineering design clarifications and TQR.
