**Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to the provided recipes on the menu, strictly following the prescribed measurements in grams, as it not only upholds the standard of culinary excellence and significantly reducing the potential for ingredient wastage, thereby fostering responsible and efficient kitchen management.
- Assist in overseeing and coordinating daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor the quality of food, service, and overall guest experience.
- Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure optimal staffing levels and efficiency.
- Provide leadership and support to the team.
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and maintain a positive restaurant atmosphere.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Monitor and control costs, including food and labor expenses.
- Contribute strategies for revenue growth and profitability.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to improve skills and knowledge.
- Address operational issues and resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Implement solutions to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, staffing, and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.
- Implement and enforce guidelines for service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee restaurant shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
- Address any issues or emergencies during shifts.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of operational efficiencies.
- Schedule shifts and assign table sections to waitstaff.
- Resolve customer questions and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate communication between the front of the house and back of the house staff.
- Keep detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenues.
