**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests
- Inform guests about itineraries for each tour
- Ensure that equipment, gear, materials, f&b, etc. are ready for the tour
- Ensure safety of all guests and provide necessary first aid in case of injuries / emergency
- Answer inquiries of guests on tours / events, etc.
- Present topics in an engaging manner, encouraging participants to ask questions and participate in discussions
- Run enjoyable and educational workshops
- Prepare presentations, workshops and the corresponding material
- Liaise with other members of the team for workshop requirements
- Other related tasks as may be assigned by management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
