**Job Summary**:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all equipment, facilities, and infrastructure within the Food & Beverage (F&B) establishment. This role ensures that all machinery and operational systems function efficiently, comply with safety regulations, and support seamless production and service operations.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Equipment & Facility Maintenance**:

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all F&B equipment and facilities.
- Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Maintain refrigeration, HVAC, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee facility upkeep, including lighting, ventilation, and water supply systems.

**2. Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and rectify hazards.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repair work for audit and compliance purposes.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain hygiene standards.

**3. Team Leadership & Vendor Coordination**:

- Lead and train the maintenance team, ensuring high efficiency and skill development.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and service contracts.
- Manage relationships with suppliers for spare parts and maintenance materials.

**4. Budgeting & Cost Management**:

- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget.
- Optimize resources and implement cost-effective solutions for repairs and replacements.
- Track expenses and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

**5. Emergency Handling & Continuous Improvement**:

- Develop contingency plans for equipment failures and emergency breakdowns.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance equipment lifespan and efficiency.
- Stay updated with technological advancements in maintenance practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of **5+ years** of maintenance experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
- Familiarity with local health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software is a plus.
