**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
- Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies
- Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documents
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of HR queries
- Organize and maintain confidential employee records
- Provide secretarial support to senior management by handling correspondence, filing, and document preparation
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and workshops
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all HR and secretarial activities
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
