**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Diagnose defects, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of MEP equipment and systems efficiently.
- Conduct installations, testing, and commissioning of new MEP systems and components as required.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and system breakdowns.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and material usage.
- Collaborate effectively with other technicians, engineers, and project managers.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and energy efficiency.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience** as an MEP Technician.
- **Mandatory prior experience gained specifically within the GCC region.**:

- **Must be currently residing in Doha, Qatar, with a valid Qatari ID.**:

- **Possession of a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) is essential** for immediate transfer of sponsorship.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge and practical experience with HVAC systems (AC units, chillers, ventilation), electrical systems (wiring, panels, circuitry), and plumbing systems (pipes, pumps, drainage, fixtures).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools relevant to MEP work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts or respond to emergencies as needed.
