Lead Performance Management Analyst

**About the role**
Other operational duties would include:
- Provide support in developing and implementation processes, programs, and systems supporting performance and integrated talent management strategy, ensuring superior customer experience, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Support the Line Manager, TM leader, HR, and business leaders to define and establish a long-term integrated talent strategy that may include: identifying critical roles, determining talent gaps, assessing internal as well as external talent availability, and developing long term plans to bridge the gaps
- Administers talent management programs and systems according to defined strategy and plan, including the creation and delivery of key deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources.
- Serves as a key point of contact to the HRBPs and the business for performance and talent management programs, data and technology, addressing questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support in content design and development of training and communication packs for rolling out QR wide performance and talent management initiatives.
- Partner with HRBP and business to implement corrective and preventive actions. Conduct workshops with divisions/departments on objective & KPI setting, writing performance review and having coaching/feedback sessions with their employees
- Using statistical tools to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
- Simplify and automate data collection and reporting processes. Work with data and producing reports, scorecards, dashboards and stories
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Develop performance rating reports, evaluating performance trends across the organization enabling skill gap analysis and performance improvements initiatives.
- Conduct assessment activities to evaluate and identify the current and emerging skills, competencies and behaviors to achieve desired organizational results and prepare for future needs
- Participate in designing performance and talent management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement and align teams to organizational goals.
- Support the team in project management and change management activities

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR Talent Management Team.
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
- Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Clarizen)
- Exposure to using database technologies and various analytics and reporting tools
- Experience in performance or talent management role is a must
- Experience in data analysis and visualization
- Experience in interacting and communicating with the C-Suite
- Experience in developing on training and communication packages
Preferred
- At least 2 years of Project Management Experience (Agile and Waterfall)
- At least 2 years of Change management experience
