We are seeking motivated and results-driven **Sales Agents**to manage and grow relationships with SME and B2B clients. The role focuses on promoting financial products and services, achieving sales targets, and supporting business growth within the local market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, prospect, and acquire SME and B2B clients to meet sales objectives.
- Promote and cross-sell financial products aligned with client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and reports in coordination with internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatari financial regulations.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong sales acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Qatari market dynamics and financial regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of proven experience in sales, ideally within financial services, banking, or lending institutions.
- Strong understanding of SME and B2B client management and financial product offerings.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- This is a full-time position based in Qatar.
