**Technical Skills**:

- Providing functional and architectural guidance on customer implementations, upgrades, and support of Dynamics 365 Unified Operations (aka Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or D365FO)
- Responsible for designing complex enhancements and extensions, reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful D365 (AX) implementation.
- Work closely with the ERP team (the Finance/Accounting Consultant, and Supply Chain Consultant) to ensure that the implementation meets the expectation.
- Provide cross-functional knowledge and guidance on the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Facilitate the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/ERP
- Ensures the quality of the design, configuration, and testing of core Dynamics 365 ERP modules
- Specify and convey requirements for custom code, integrations, and custom reports to the development team and test completed solutions
- Communicates with senior-level leadership to facilitate key business decisions.
- Actively participates in the role of “Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX Expert” in the Executive Steering Committee.
- Facilitate and ensure all cross-practice coordination as appropriate
- Manage and provide senior support for the generation of user and technical documentation
- Manage and provide senior support for the Training of end users and system administrators

**Certifications and Qualification and Experience**:

- Must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or Information Technology
- Deep knowledge of D365/AX Finance modules and functional capabilities including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Sales Order, Fixed Assets, Projects, and other financial focused areas
- Cross-functional knowledge of two or more D365/AX modules and functional capabilities in PowerBI, Supply Chain (Trade & Logistics), Manufacturing, Finance, Project Costing, and Service Management
- Has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, full life-cycle implementations of D365/AX in a Consulting role
- Understanding Life Cycle Services (LCS), Microsoft Sure Step, and Microsoft trends and specific best practices is a must
- Strong advisory and presentation skills
- Minimum five years of relevant experience and three full lifecycle implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations (D365FO) and AX with a focus on Financial Management
