**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily project activities and provide support to the Project Manager and engineering team.
- Track and monitor the installation and commissioning of smart water meters across all locations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, correspondence, and records.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, utility companies, and clients to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of equipment.
- Schedule and coordinate site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities with the technical team.
- Monitor project progress using project management tools and report deviations to management.
- Assist in resolving technical or operational issues that may arise during the implementation phase.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
- Facilitate data collection and integration between smart meters and backend systems (e.g. AMI/MDMS platforms).
- Support procurement by tracking deliveries, verifying materials, and coordinating with warehouse teams.
- Participate in client and stakeholder meetings; prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meetings) and follow-up action items.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client updates and project reviews.
- Maintain documentation related to permits, approvals, and regulatory compliance.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in utility or smart infrastructure projects (experience with water meter or smart meter rollouts is an advantage).
- Knowledge of IoT, wireless communication protocols (e.g., LoRa, NB-IoT), and meter data platforms is a strong plus.
- Previous experience coordinating with government utility bodies such as Kahramaa is a benefit.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project/Primavera, and familiar with project management platforms.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of smart metering systems and utility distribution networks.
- Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

**Working Conditions**:

- Combination of office and field-based work.
- Requires travel to multiple project locations across Qatar.
- May involve occasional overtime and weekend coordination based on project needs.
