We're Hiring:

Specialist, Procurement – Telecom Category

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist with a strong background in telecom procurement to join our Procurement & Logistics team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities with focus on telecom categories.
  • Lead sourcing, RFQs, RFPs, and tendering processes to ensure timely, cost-effective acquisitions.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals and negotiate contracts to secure favorable commercial and technical terms.
  • Maintain and expand vendor networks, with emphasis on telecom suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide procurement support to internal stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of procurement experience, with mandatory telecom procurement exposure.
  • Proven track record in contract management, vendor negotiations, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Important Note for Applicants

This position requires strict experience in Telecom Procurement only.

To be considered, candidates must have hands-on procurement exposure in the following telecom areas:

Fiber optics (OSP/ISP)

Active & passive network equipment

Telecom infrastructure materials

RFQs/RFPs for telecom technical categories

Vendor management of telecom OEMs/suppliers

Applications without telecom-sector procurement experience cannot be considered due to role requirements.
