We are looking for a **Female Document Controller cum Data Entry** to **Al Aziziya Pharmacy**.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to create, manage, and analyze spreadsheets for document tracking and reporting.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline document management processes.
- Generate comprehensive reports for management on document status and workflow.
- Prepare and generate reports as requested by management.
- Manage and organize electronic and physical files as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with Medical Field industry data is a plus.
- Should be perfect in Excel.
- Proven 2 - 3 Years’ experience as a Document Controller / Data Entry or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Required NOC & Valid QID
