**Job Objective**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Operate CNC and Laser Machines**: Set up and adjust CNC and laser machines to perform cutting and shaping of acrylic and other materials accurately.
- **Interpret Engineering Drawings**: Convert design drawings into executable commands for CNC and laser machines.
- **Material Expertise**: Work with acrylic and similar materials, adjusting machine settings based on the characteristics of each material to ensure optimal results.
- **Knowledge of the Qatari Market**: Understand local suppliers for raw materials, especially acrylic, ensuring high-quality sourcing at competitive costs.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor machine operations during production to ensure the final products meet the required quality and precision standards.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance on CNC and laser machines to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
- **Handle Various Materials**: Be skilled in working with acrylic, wood, plastic, and thin metals, and determine the best machine settings for each material type.
- **Safety Training**: Follow safety protocols when operating CNC and laser machines, ensuring the safe handling of materials and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in operating CNC and laser cutting machines, with strong knowledge of acrylic and other materials.
- **Material Knowledge**: Extensive experience in cutting and shaping acrylic and similar materials.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Qatari Market Expertise**: Familiarity with local suppliers and the types of raw materials available in Qatar.
- **Technical Skills**: Ability to program and adjust CNC and laser machines to execute designs accurately.
- **Commitment to Quality and Safety**: Adherence to quality control standards and safety protocols in daily operations.

**Preferred Additional Skills**:

- Experience in using design software like AutoCAD or Illustrator to prepare files for CNC and laser cutting.
- Knowledge of different types of acrylic and their physical properties.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
