With 7+ years overall experience and 5 years’ experience of managing

comparable operation(s) in GCC region in a similar role.

Good working knowledge of MEP, ELV and Civil systems and assets.

Good knowledge of quality, health, safety and environmental

management systems and regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good level of interpersonal and communication skills.

Good people management skills.

Adequate project management knowledge and experience.

Good language ability in both spoken and written English

Experience in a wide range of software packages including Excel, Word,

Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.

Highly self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.

Ability to plan and organize and supervise teams and be decisive when

required.

Professional bodies accreditations is a plus - IEE, RICS, BIFM, CIBSE or

similar.
