**Operations and Maintenance**:

- Oversee the maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.
- Schedule and manage regular inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
- **Vendor and Contractor Management**:

- Manage relationships with service providers and contractors for cleaning, landscaping, and technical maintenance.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- **Budgeting and Cost Control**:

- Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- **Space and Asset Management**:

- Optimize space utilization and manage facility layouts.
- Maintain an inventory of equipment and ensure assets are tracked and well-maintained.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Develop and implement emergency response plans for facilities-related incidents.
- Act as the primary point of contact during emergencies or critical incidents.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and manage facilities staff, ensuring adequate training and development.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and professionalism.
- **Reporting and Communication**:

- Provide regular updates to senior management on facilities operations and improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, compliance documents, and budgets.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of building systems and facilities maintenance.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- years of experience in facilities management or a similar role, preferably within the facilities management industry.
- Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP) are advantageous.
- Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency practices is a plus.

- Occupant satisfaction with facility services.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
