Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.

**Job Purpose**:
We are seeking for an Events Executive specialize in selling, planning and organizing corporate events, conferences, and special occasions, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned to exceed client expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being able to handle independently events of different segments (social, corporate and outside caterings)
- Preparing proposals, contracts, BEOs, maintaining records, and generating reports related to events.
- Handling any issues or challenges that arise before or during events, such as last-minute changes, technical difficulties, or guest complaints.
- Sales and revenue generation by promoting event services, negotiating contracts, and maximizing revenues while meeting the needs of clients within budget constraints.
- Ensuring that guests attending events at the hotel have a positive experience by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience (2+ years) in Events Sales and Planning, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Arabic speaker, preferrably female
- Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in event management software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
