Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Events Project Manager to join our team full-time in Doha, Qatar. This on-site role is ideal for a sales professional passionate about the events industry and eager to thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment. As an Events Project Manager, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, selling our comprehensive event services, coordinating events, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with new and existing clients to understand their needs and promote Artista Events' services
  • Drive sales of event management solutions, equipment rentals, entertainment and venue bookings
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements
  • Coordinate event details with internal teams to ensure flawless execution and delivery
  • Manage the sales pipeline, meet or exceed sales targets, and maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Foster long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-up
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify new business opportunities and strategies

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets
  • Strong knowledge of event planning and management principles
  • Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) abilities
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Prior experience in the events industry is highly desirable
