**Now Hiring: Facility MEP Engineer**

**Position**: Facility MEP Engineer
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.).
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive/corrective maintenance.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and energy efficiency practices.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely execution of works.
- Maintain maintenance records, technical reports, and system documentation.
- Support facility upgrades, renovations, and installation of new systems.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure mínimal operational downtime.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Registered Mechanical Engineer (UPDA / MMUP / MME),
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP operations and facility maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, power distribution, water supply, drainage, and fire safety.
- Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems and maintenance planning.
- Good understanding of safety regulations and building management systems (BMS).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in HVAC, electrical systems, or plumbing (e.g., DEWA/SEWA, NFPA, etc.).
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or healthcare facilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other MEP-related software.
