**Position**:Operation Supervisor & Consumption Controller

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Operations Management
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations for advertising and printing media projects, ensuring timely execution and quality standards.
- Oversee production workflows, ensuring seamless communication between departments such as design, production, and dispatch.
- Conduct daily team briefings to allocate tasks, review progress, and address any operational challenges.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to deadlines, maintaining client satisfaction.

2. Consumption Control
- Track and manage the consumption of materials, ensuring efficient use of resources in all production and operation processes.
- Conduct regular audits of raw materials and inventory to minimize wastage and optimize usage.
- Prepare detailed reports on material consumption, highlighting trends, discrepancies, and areas for cost-saving improvements.
- Collaborate with the procurement and inventory teams to maintain appropriate stock levels and reduce overstocking or shortages.

3. Client & Job Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, sales teams, and production units to ensure client requirements are met.
- Monitor job card workflows and ensure all steps are followed properly, from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with the estimation and design teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery.
- Provide regular updates to the client and the sales team regarding project status and delivery timelines.

4. Quality Assurance
- Enforce company standards for quality at every stage of the production and operation process.
- Inspect finished goods for quality and ensure compliance with client specifications before dispatch.
- Address and resolve any quality-related issues that may arise during production.

5. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all operations, including production schedules, material consumption, and inventory movements.
- Generate and present weekly/monthly reports to management on operational performance and material usage.
- Support management in preparing data for tenders, proposals, and internal audits.

6. Team Leadership*
- Train and guide team members in operational workflows and material handling best practices.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews to ensure team productivity and alignment with company goals.
- Promote a culture of accountability and collaboration across all departments.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations or inventory management, preferably in advertising, printing, or media industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.
