Onshore Engineering Lead

**Responsibilities**
Manage Project/BU Onshore Engineering;
Verify engineering deliverables meet requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications;
Maintain engineering interfaces with partners, clients, 3rd parties, and regulators;
Execute engineering projects safely, quality-compliantly, and on time and budget;
Oversee the Engineering team and all disciplines;
Promote safety culture and ensure operation always follows safety rules;
Align Engineering team with BU/Project HSE goals;
Manage Engineering deliverables efficiently;
Manage and inspect technical/engineering documentation;
Engineer meetings;
Close coordination with onshore team;
Help project and planning teams build project plans and ensure the project is implemented on time, on budget, and within scope;
Analyze technical drawings, update specifications, and estimate elevation costs to provide construction budgets;
Manage various discipline projects, oversee fieldwork, and manage daily subcontractors;
Ensure compliance with codes, processes, QA/QC policies, performance requirements, and specifications;
Coordinate project estimating and timeline with estimation team;
- Submit all essential documentation with bills to client/owner representative and sign off completion certificates;
Maintain project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to organize and monitor project work scope;
- Perform other job-related activities as required.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, marine, or similar engineering.
15 years of Project Engineering experience from top construction companies
MS Office, AutoCAD, and engineering software skills
Fluent in English.
Mechanical, structural, and SURF knowledge
