We are seeking a dynamic **Creative Hub Business Director** to lead FROMM.lab’s operations, driving business growth, fostering creative collaborations, and establishing FROMM.lab as a leading design hub in the region and globally.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Leadership**
- Develop and execute FROMM.lab’s business strategy, aligning with the overall vision of FROMM.
- Identify and implement revenue-generating opportunities (workshops, collaborations, memberships).
- Oversee the development of programs that balance creativity and commercial viability.

**Business Development & Partnerships**
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with universities, cultural institutions, and industry leaders.
- Foster collaborations with designers, manufacturers, and businesses to create market-ready products.

**Team Management**
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, ensuring alignment with FROMM.lab’s goals.
- Implement operational processes and systems for efficient hub management.

**Marketing & PR Oversight**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of FROMM.lab’s offerings.
- Represent FROMM.lab at events, conferences, and in media, strengthening its reputation as a creativity and business hub.

**Performance Monitoring**
- Define and track KPIs for programs, partnerships, and financial goals.
- Use data-driven insights to refine offerings and optimize impact.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Experience & Skills**
- 7-10 years of experience in design, business development, or related industries, with leadership roles.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in driving business growth.
- Experience in managing partnerships and projects.
- Excellent communication, networking, and team leadership skills.
- Understanding of the creative process and familiarity with design trends.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Design, Arts Management, or a related field.

**Personality**
- A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and culturally aware, capable of navigating diverse markets in Doha and Milan.
