As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Quality Control Specialist** to join our team and ensure our work consistently meets the highest standards.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect carpentry work at various stages of production and installation to ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications.
- Identify any defects or deviations from specifications and coordinate with project leads to implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reports.
- Provide simple, hands-on training and support to carpentry team members to reinforce best practices.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Collaborate with the production and project teams to improve workflow and product consistency.
- Uphold workplace safety and cleanliness standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the carpentry field (residential, commercial, or both).
- Strong eye for detail and excellent understanding of woodwork and finishing standards.
- Prior experience in a quality control or supervisory role is an asset.
- Ability to communicate effectively and train others on quality expectations and techniques.
- Dependable, organized, and committed to craftsmanship and excellence.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 per month
