Office Manager, C-suite

We are seeking a C-suite office manager, to handle the daily functions of the office, The office manager will be responsible for all daily activities, organizing, and operations of the Office and will assist the management in planning, organizing, and executing effective daily schedules.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of C-suite management office including appointments, meetings and travels.
- Responsible for organizing of internal and external meetings on behalf of the C-suite management office ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations.
- Prepare agendas. Provide executive and administrative support to the C-suite management office.
- Responsible for organizing C-suite management office, travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel, meeting schedules while travelling.
- Secretarial support for meetings as and when required, including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders, confirming venues and arranging refreshments. Writing and distributing comprehensive minutes and action points to all members post meeting.
- Drafting and writing high quality reports, memos and presentations, as required by the office.
- Communicating important updates and information as required by management office.
- Assist in organizing Board meetings, General Assemblies and other events.
- Perform duties as Assigned.
**Requirements and skills**
- An educational degree minimum Management Diploma
- 3-5 years’ experience in similar position, with extensive Knowledge of office administration.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ablility to collaborate across different teams
- Analytical and problem solving & decision making skills.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Highley organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications in Arabic and English
- Computer literacy
- Time management skills
- Work under pressure with mínimal/no direct supervision
